About the Dirty Boots Coffee Company Team

Phil Rogacki

Phil Rogacki’s story is rooted in Ohio, where he was born into a family of tradespeople who taught him the value of hard work, dedication, and grit. Growing up with the sounds of masonry, asphalt, and concrete, he learned early on what it meant to build something lasting. In high school, he attended Penta Career Center for his junior and senior years, gaining hands-on skills that would shape his future. His first job was working summers in asphalt with his uncle, and from those days, he gained a deep respect for those who Keep America Moving. Now, alongside his wife, Liz, and their daughter, Remi, Phil is more committed than ever to honoring that legacy.

Phil has built companies in asphalt, tree care, and concrete, but his mission goes deeper: he’s passionate about changing how we think about success. For too long, society has pushed a narrow path, insisting that college is the only way. Phil knows that’s not true; he’s seen that the trades are the backbone of this country, and they keep it strong. That’s why he created Dirty Boots Coffee. When he met Dennis, a tradesman and devoted electrician, it felt like fate. Their shared passion made them the perfect team to bring this vision to life. Phil believes the future of America depends on people willing to work with their hands and hearts, and he’s here to help inspire that journey every step of the way..

Dennis Dumas

Dennis’ work ethic was built on the job site. Climbing through attics, pulling wire at seven, digging ditches, and laying pipe by his teens—he grew up in the trenches. In his family, university was the job site, and learning came from the calloused hands of his father, grandfather, and uncles. A family of builders and electricians, they were all raised to believe hard work doesn’t just open doors; it kicks them down.

Dennis has built businesses, employed people across industries, and seen firsthand the urgent need for a focus on the men and women who put in the work to drive America forward. With Dirty Boots and Great Coffee, Dennis and his family are teaming up with Phil to bring this mission to life. This is more than coffee; it’s a rallying cry for the grit, sweat, and hustle that keep this country moving.
